Story Time
Are you missing storytime? Call our collaborative Dial-A-Story number to hear a children’s book read by a librarian! The stories are updated every week on Wednesday and will be read by librarians from across Maryland’s Eastern Shore!
Call the Enoch Pratt Library’s 24-hour storyline, A Story Anytime (410-396-8396), for children’s stories read in English or Spanish.
Storyline Online: Streamed videos of illustrated children’s books narrated by celebrated actors.
TumbleBooks: Free access to over 100 children’s titles, including graphic novels.
KidLit TV!: Videos, Podcasts, kid lit crafts, trailers, and activities. Includes multiple “channels” including talk shows, author story readalouds, instructional videos by illustrators, and videos about writing and illustrating.
Story Time From Space: Astronauts from the International Space Station read children’s books in outer space for children on earth to listen to. They have science videos that compliment the books.
