General Information
Library Card Policy
Library cards for adults 18+ will be issued immediately upon presentation of appropriate ID. The required ID is a valid MD Driver’s license or ID card with current address. ID such as mail or printed checks provided current address will be considered upon request.
Young Adult Cards: Library card holders age 13-17 may check out DVD, Blu-rays and Kindles when a parent or guardian has come into the library and signed a borrower agreement giving permission. Juvenile and Toddler Cards: Library cards for children will be issued immediately upon application with the signature of a parent/legal guardian.
